Video clop display fails to display vid thumbnail. counter to settings

Clips in my tl appear as video thumbnail; because I have that option seleted. but when I Lt click the fx icon, in the upper rt,  and change the "rubberband" to time Remaping the co\ipe changed to a solig color, and I haven't changed my settings, "video view" is still checked.

Hey Mike,
When you switch the rubberband to Time Remapping, Premiere Pro replaces the clip thumbnail with a solid color bar—this is expected behavior. It helps you focus on speed keyframes. To see thumbnails again, switch the rubberband back to something like Opacity or Volume. I hope the advice helps.
