Hi!

I have been working with Premiere Pro for the last couple of months, and everything has worked perfectly fine. But yesterday, when I opened the project again, all the video files in the movie don't appear anymore, only red/green/blue squares. All the png images in the movie work fine.

could it have to do with the fact that i recently moved all the files in a different folder?

I don't know what to do.

Please help ASAP, I need to hand in this project very soon!

Thank you!

I use:

Mac

Premiere Pro CC, Version 12.1.1

the video files are .aep

Moving files after importing/using in Premiere is always bad.

.aep are After Effects projects

In your project panel you should be able to identify the clips/.aeps that are missing and use File>Link Media following this tutorial

Relink offline clips |

Yes I agree with Kib, moving files is a bad move unless you absolutely know what you are doing and know how they are connected to Pr and Ae.
