I am only seeing this when trying to play back a video that I just dropped into the project.
Have tried to restart the computer and re-installed premiere pro...
Check Help > System Compatibility Report. Give us the results and/or a screenshot.
The report is showing no conflicts.
My windows 10 had an update a few days ago, and premiere pro is updated to V15. Not sure which of the updates caused this issue.
