Hello

I recently started using premire pro to edit the videos I take on my GoPro but have ran into a few issues. inporting goes smoothly but when I add a video to my timeline, it is very zoomed in, it looks fine in the preview window, just not in the timeline. I am not sure why this happens. I tried adjusting the scale in video effect (bringing it from 100% to 25%) for all my clips and it then looks fine on the timeline but once I export it, it comes out as a tiny box video that does not scale to the size of my player. I have been trying for a few hours now and exporting different way all with no luck. I would apprchiate any advice someone might has to fix the scaling issue of my videos. (all clips from GoPro are in 2.7K/60fps) Thank you!

Your sequence settings do not match your source media. I usually recommend starting your sequence in by dragging a piece of (or all of) your media down to the New Item icon in the lower right of the Project Panel or onto an empty timeline. You'll then automatically create a sequence with the same settings as your source media. Let me see if I can attach a gif.
