When I'm editing or exporting a video its always low quality even when I put sequence settings on 1920x1080, does anyone know what to do?

Your source 1440x1080 and output 1920x1080 do not match... you are changing the video, and that can cause problems

 

You are also going from lower field to progressive, which can add to your problems

Post screenshot of clip in Mediainfo in treeview and export settings.

Here are the screenshots of my exporting settings, but i did not know exactly how to analyze in Mediainfo, because i am new to these. Hope this screenshots will be helpful.

Make sure you are running in Full res in your program monitor (see below)

Make sure your source footage is high quality

Make sure your sequence resolution is correct for your source footage

Report back with the codec details of your file, use the program below
Free program to get file information for PC/Mac http://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download
- when you analyze your file in MediaInfo and post a screen shot in the forum, do so in TREE view
