Kid created a video using the windows G button. It records the computer screen in .MP4. When I play the video it looks fine, but when I import it to premiere pro the video is in teh top left corner and the rest of the screen "stretches" teh edges of the video. I have no clue how to fix it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:

Not allowed to download that program. I did find this information.
So it does appear to there is a variable frame rate. Thanks for the help. I will give that program a try.
