I recently edited a video in premiere pro 2019 I added mp3 music and I edited the voice of my vids in audition 2019. the audio works fine on my laptop and I uploaded the video to youtube but the problem was noted when I tried to watch the video on my iphone 6, the voice audio is not working and I would just hear static, the mp3 music I added works well on mobile and laptop.
only the audio file edited in audition and exported to premiere is the problem. there is no problem when watching the vid on anlaptop, the audio problem occurs when watching it on a mobile phone. And i cant find a fix anywhere.
apps used: premiere pro 2019
audio edited in audition 2019
laptop specs: windows 10, intel i7 7th gen, 8gb ram, nvidia gtx 1050
It is likely the voice is a stereo file recorded out of phase. This condition is more apparent when played on a mobile phone due to the close proximity of the stereo speakers - since the voice is out of stereo phase, the voice is effectively cancelled out.
Go to Effects > Audio Effects > Fill Left with Right and apply it to the voice clips on your timeline.
Test the result.

If its on Youtube and you can hear the sound clearly and with no distortion on your laptop I don't see why it would change on your phone. A phone doesn't need a new codec in order to playback files from YouTube, Vimeo etc,
It might be an issue on YOUR phone/
Have you tried listening to it on other phones.
If its live on YouTube post the link I will test on a Mac Pro, MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, iPhone 6s, iPhone 8 and iPhone X

i tried to watch it in other phones and the audio problem is still there, I tried watching it on an iphone 7 and it worked fine.
The only difference I can see is that the other phones that shows the audio problem has a mono speaker and the iphone 7 has stereo speakers.

Thanks, the my audio was fixed. I just noticed that my mic was not properly plugged in causing it to be out of phase, will watch out for this next time. i’ll probably also test my future videos in both mono and stereo speakers just to make sure that its not out of phase.

When I used to be a sound mixer, using real consoles, pushing the mono button on the monitoring panel was a major part of the mixing job, especially in the early days of stereo for tv. With 'computer' run mixers this is not so easy.
