I am LOST! We had a GoPro 10, now we have an Insta 360. I have researched how to make the videos compatible with Premiere Pro, I downloaded the GoPro X3 Reframe, how do I plug that into Premiere? As of right now I cannot transfer any of my videos into Premeire because it does not support the file.
Can someone please talk to me like I am 5 so I can understand where to go from here?
I appreciate any help,
Terra
I think you may get better success with Insta360 STUDIO - Desktop editing software that may be able to transcode the footage. Maybe Shutter Encoder - Encoder|Converter video FREE PC|Mac can be helpful as well.

Thank you, yes sorry, I have that downloaded as well. The short tutorial I saw said to download that and the FX but then it goes straight into editing videos in Preimere and just skips over that I am supposed to do once the Studio and the FX thing is downloaded. I will check out the 2nd link you shared, thank you.

I think your best bet is to post the question on Insta360 Community Forum so they can guide you there.
