Weird Strip of colour appearing in my animation when exported

I have an issue with my animation, where it's kinda hard to explain. When I import the .mov file from Adobe Animate, this weird strip of colour that's the same colour as the skin of the character keeps coming up and obscuring the right eye sprite of it. It doesn't happen in adobe animate, so I don't know what the issue is, so a solution would help, thanks.

try sending to adobe media encoder and choose quicktime:  prores4444 with alpha and see if that works any better

How do I choose prores4444 with alpha? I use the 2019 Adobe Animate if that helps

haven't worked in adobe animate, but wonder what format you're exporting from it.    Are you trying to have a transparent background?  I'm on the mac and at least for the mac, the only formats that will contain the transparency info (also known as the alpha channel) are animation and prores4444 and the number of colors needs to be set to millions+.  The other alternative is to export a separate quicktime of just the alpha channel.

When I export I go to File > Export > Export Video > Export

These are the settings I have when I export. Previously when I had a mac, I did the exact same procedure as this, so i don't know what's wrong. The transparency isn't really important, It's just something I do when I export animations like these.
