What is this and how do I get rid of it?

I recently opened a PP project from a client and it had this in the source monitor. I can't figure out how to get rid of it and it is on all my projects now. Thanks for the help!

Click the drop down and see what's there.

Go to the menu Window > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout.

If you don't want to inherit the workspace layout of the projects, then go to Window > Workspaces > Import Workspace from Project and uncheck it:
