I keep seeing this thing pop up every now and then and I have no idea what it is or how to get rid of it.  Any help would be great! Screenshot (339).png

If you’re unfamiliar with in and out points (one of the most fundamental mechanics of video editing!) it sounds like you should take a look at some helpful beginner courses. Peru Bob’s link will help with that one question, but you might consider taking in a whole beginner class like

https://www.pluralsight.com/courses/premierepro-cc-fundamentals

Or

Premiere Pro CC Building on the Fundamentals | Pluralsight

Just a thought! Adobe has some basic intro videos on the site as well!

Hey Christian

Just like a clip, the timeline can have in and out points set for various functions like rendering or exporting. Your I and O keys can set those and they can be removed by left clicking (or control clicking) on the timeline to call up a contextual menu where you can clear the in and out.,

Hope this helps,

Steve
