When Exporting frame (Screenshot) Premiere uses proxies

When I try to export a frame to send to my graphic artist I am exporting low res shots. For some reason premiere is prioritizing proxies even though I have them toggled off. I have tried exporting jpeg and png and this still happens. The only workaround is un-linking my proxies from the source footage completely.

Same here, sometimes it works fince and most of the times it doesn't
