When I change my sequence size, my effects stop working!

I hope this is a simple thing I am overlooking! I created a video in a 1080x1920 sequence and I made a 1920x1080 version. The issue is that when I change the sequence to a vertical size, the effects completely stop working.

These effects are from envato so they are in layers which I assume are adjustment layers. I would have imagined they would show up wierd and I would scale up the effect to cover the entire sequence but I can't see them at all! I have been trying to figure this one out for a long time, thank you!

VR effects are designed for VF footage.

If changing one thing, you have to change all.

The yellow clips are guessing nested sequence so change what is inside.

But most likely the VR effect is the culprite.

VR = Virtual Reality?  What is VF? Sorry for the noob questions.

It works so perfecrtly when it is horozontal, as soon as I go verticla nothing, so I am not sure what I would even change? Shouldn't I be able to see the effects working across the middle at least or anywhere? I can even see the masks on screen. So do I need to enable something or adjust another size?

Thank you for the assistance!
