When I export my premiere pro doesn't respond

Hello, guys, I have finished editing a video and when I go to export it the program freezes and simply does not respond. I have been editing for 2+ years and this has never been a problem. Any tips.. thanks.

Hey, I ran steps one and two and nothing worked. I think I may have deleted something important because I now have this.

First Steps:

01. Trash the preferences

02. Clean the media cache

03. Delete the render files

if these don't help, give us more details to be able to help you out

Note: version 2017 is no more available from the CC app

+ try exporting to somewhere else other than the C drive
