When I hand off my project file to my teammate, the timecodes of one camera are all off. See attached screenshot. Its that venetian blinds looking diagonal lines over the clip. The last time this happened, it was a known bug with premiere where any project that had transcription in it would go bezerk when you handed off the project to someone. and that was solved in an upgrade. but it looks like the issue is back. (My teammate and I are both running Version 23.6.0, build 65). When my team mate showed me all the messed up clips on the timeline (when she opened my project file) I instructed her to try and open the project in Premiere Beta and she said the issue persisted so now i have to make her an XML. Why are CERTAIN clips on my timeline opening in her premiere all out of sync (Venetian blinds), and yet others are fine. And they were both shot on the same camera. All those green/blue clips you see on my timeline, i believe those to be shot on a sony camera. They are mp4's. premiere says the "video codec" is "avc1". You can see the blue clips are the issue. The clips in green that happen right before it on the timeline are shot on the same camera and they arent having the timecode issue.

but why are certain clips from the same shoot doing that and not others. That part doesnt make sense. This seems like a bug
