Where are the "effects and presets" located on my PC?

I need to delete old versions of my custom presets folder in premiere pro (I imported the new one in and I have tons of duplicates, old presets I dont want, etc) I need to delete ALL of them so I can re import the proper version of my preset pack. What is the file location the presets are saved in my computer?

It seems to have changed. I deleted the old "presets and custom items" prfpset file and all the old presets and duplicates are still there

There are two sets: one under your Profile name and one under Profile Creative Cloud.

I looked through all of my premiere and CC directories and could not find them. Do you know where they are?

In Documents.

If you remove (uninstall) previous versions, the effects and presets for them are removed.

If you keep previous versions installed, those will need their correct sets of effects and presets installed.

Personally, I've never done that, don't understand the need. They have the appropriate effects for each version in their separate folders for that version. Uninstall a version, they are removed. 

But I never uninstall any versions. On my second rig (my previous main rig) I've still got back through 2015.3, including ... SpeedGrade. All functional.

It appears to have altered. All the old presets and duplicates are still present even though I deleted the old "presets and custom items" prfpset file.
