Which is the last Premiere version that supports tape import?

Hi, unfortunately I couldn't find a clear answer to this. I'm planning to import a lot of old Mini DV tapes via premiere pro and read that tape based workflows are no longer supported. (Thanks Adobe -_-). So my question is simply, which is the last version I have to revert to, that still supports the recording of physical tapes? Thank you 🙂 ❤️

23.6.2 still has the capture window and is available from Adobe, go to 'other vesions' in the Premiere Pro menu in the Creative Cloud App.

The trouble seems to be it does not recognize DV device capture- even that older version- 23.62. It only had Blackmagic Capture under Devices
