I'm having an issue converting my mov files into animated gifs. White pixels are generated after export. I've looked into this issue of the semi transparent pixels causing this, but I've tried everything from alpha and level adjusting to get rid of anything but pure black and white pixels. however I still have the issue.
Anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this issue in Premiere with effects?

No i don't believe this is a bug with Premiere. I think it's a GIF issue with my content I'm exporting. I've found other issues similar to mine online when working with GIFS, however their solutions don't work with my issue

How are you exporting your GIF's? try this: export your video, import to photoshop, save for web - optimize your result, and save.

I'm converting .mov files into animated gifs. And after exporting the file is already corrupted with pixels artifacts. I wasn't able to get the animated gif into photoshop, only the separate layers, however it's already corrupted before this step.
