Hey everyone,

So I recently bought a new laptop (MSI dragon) to edit in premiere and right away it was telling me that my drive needed to be updated, A nvidia geforce gtx 1650.

I was able to edit for a couple days without any problems but today it only shows a blank/white screen whenever I try to edit, checked around and nothing is working.

I was wondering if this is because of the drive or something unrelated?

Processor: 2.60 GHz Intel Core i7-950H
Memory: 8 GB

Windows 10

help plz

So I updated the drive and the message is not appearing anymore, however the screen remains blank (black now). Not sure why.

Your machine might be a little underpowered for Premiere 2020.

Post screenshot mediainfo of footage used.

Might want to consider proxies: less taxing.

Do you mean driver? That's simply a GFX card driver update. You can download that from the NVIDIA website.

There has NEVER been an i7-950H. If there were, it would have dated way back to the Lynnfield/Clarksfield days of 2009. I believe that you meant "i7-9750H?"
