White text and png showing as gray (premier pro)

Hey folks, hope you can help.

Randomly the titles and white border PNG have been showing as a greyish colour, I've tried everything to fix it but I'm completely at a loss.

Previously changing the exposure worked, but that is not working now.

I agree with Ann. But test it yourself to see where it goes differently than you expect.

I downloaded the screenshot, opened it in Photoshop, and used the eyedropper to get the color value. Pure white.

Color and such are not my expertise. But I wondered if it could be the "brightness" or similar. If I zoom into a white area (so I am not distracted by changes in other areas), nothing I do makes it look any different - brightness, contrast, exposure, etc. In the text, the white pixels are already full white.
