You wont be able to install or deinstall CC on W7.
Best is to format the drive.
You should however be able to use CS6.
Make sure you are admin.

That's no help really (although I appreciate the suggestion) as it is way, way too much aggravation.
EDIT
The aggravation is having to reinstall an OS, reactivate stuff that uses C2V and online authorization - plus, how can I format the drive & install (again) CS6 if I cannot access the activation servers?
I would lose far, far too much
I cannot currently use CS6 - it does not work on W7 at all any longer with anything bought & paid for by Adobe
Methinks it is time to look elsewhere than Adobe.
