Why can't I transcribe a sequence in Premiere Pro 2023?

I use Premiere Pro to auto transcribe my sequences, mostly for caption creating. I never had any issues with it until last week. 

Now when I go to the text menu and try to transcribe my sequence it instead says: "Create captions from transcipt". This has a very different outcome.

It still works fine on my laptop running the same version of PP. 

Please can anybody help? I've attached a screenshot to show the problem.
