I have done this procedure several times, and this project has the same settings as usually.
How coms only the centerpart show up when I add the video til the sequense?
It seems that it does not match judging the screen shot and the problem description. It seems that the source footage has a larger frame size than the timeline and that the timeline is not a 16:9 timeline.
If your source footage is 1920x1080, make sure that the timeline is 1920x1080 as well. Select the timeline and go to Sequence > Sequence Settings to see which setting the timeline actually have.
- Which frame size is your footage?
- Which frame size is timeline?

Does your sequence size match the footage size? Also try with the program monitor set to 'fit' instead of 100%
