I record in 100fps. I mainly record and edit for games. When I put my 100 fps clip into the timeline, and previewed it, the fps on it has dropped significantly. I even tried exporting it, thinking it was just for the preview, and the exported video was the same as in the preview. Please help.

Most likely your footage is variable framerate. Premiere will set it settings to that effect.
If the footage is indeed variable framerate convert to constant framerate with HandBrake before bringing into Premiere.
Or set the screenrecording to constant framerate.
To verify post screenshot of file in Mediainfo in treeview.

As Ann said, it will help others that have the same problem if you post what worked for you.

I got it to fix! If I remember correctly, I added sequence to the clip? I don't really know what I did, sorry!!!

You probably created a sequence based on the clip, either by right clicking on the clip > new sequence from clip or by dragging the clip to the new sequence icon on the bottom right of the project window.
