I am using Preimere CS5 on windows 7. Every time I try and open premiere I get the error 'Windows cannot find 'C;\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5\Adobe Premiere Pro.exe.' I am tearing my hair out over this one. No fix I can find works.

I tried to use adobe creative cloud cleaner but when I put in the number for CS5 and typed 'y' it goes to 'List of products installed on machine. 1 clean all. I have tried typing 'y' to that but when I reinstall and then try and open premiere I get the same problem.Capture.PNG

Also have the same issue when trying to open microsoft office but can open all other programs.

If you navigate to that path, is the .exe file even there? Can you double-click it if it exists? It sounds like either the name has changed or it's been moved somewhere other than the icon/link path points to.

Sounds like something's definitely gone awry in the installation. I'd reinstall from the original media.

That MAY be a permission problem

Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL Windows permissions may help... this says Encore, but is sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account) so follow the instructions, substituting the name and location of your specific program for Encore
