Wondering if any effect that will help me with this flashing video?

I do coding presentations and the darn programming editor flashes as it parses my code (see the word AttendeeSchema). Is there any adobe effect that would smooth this out to look better?

Thanks Kevin, that did help some, but sadly the flickering is not just a frame or 3 so it's hard to get it right. I really need to figure out how to turn off the darn live syntax checking that is causing it in the first place.
