Workspaces not functioning

I am absolutely fed up with Premiere. For what you charge for this it should function. 

I have been fighting it for 2 years. 

 

I am running a 64 Gb machine, with a Ryzen 5300 and Nvidia Gforce 1600 graphics card

Premiere has for the last 2 years run fine for about an hour a pop then I have to close and re open as it starts freezing. When it works, it works but it is very buggy and now I am getting this behavior.

 

I have reset the cache and reset the workspaces many times.
