Wrong scale of imported clips

Hey guys,
every time I drag a clip into the project, the scale changes and I then have to manually scale it down from 100 to 33 or something. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong? Is it possible that the default settings are wrong?

The right clip is the original size and when I drop it into my projekt it scales way too big. And that causes blur after exporting.

Your sequence settings do not match the clip properties.

Go into the Sequence Settings, set editing mode to Custom and change the FrameSize.
