Customize nudge amount (make it "many" instead of 5 frames)

In Playback Settings we have a setting for "step forward/back many frames".

In Trim Settings we have have a settinf for "trim forward/back many frames".

Both of these settings can be set to a user determined amount of frames.  For example: 8 frames so that when working in 24fps you can step/trim 3 times to equal 1 second.

BUT for nudge we have no user defined amount.  We are stuck with 5 frames.

So if you set trim and step to 8-frames you're still stuck with nudge being 5-frames.
