embedded subtitles in export options

When I generate a subtitle track in Premiere, I have the option at export to either burn them into the mp4 or create a sidecar file.


In order to get those subtitles embedded into the video so that they can be enabled or disabled per the viewer's preference in their video player (and without expecting them to keep the srt file along with the video file), I need to use a third party program to marry the video and srt file (I usually use Handbrake).


I would like to submit for the development team at Adobe, that this feature should be built into Premiere Pro to improve the workflow and avoid having to use additional software to render the file a second time.
