IN/OUT markers & rendering workflow that follows

Hi

that is a small thing, but an annoying and time-consuming extra step that could be avoided

When you set IN/OUT markers on Sequence and decide to render it in media encoder

- you need to remember to repeat this setting one more time in the media encoder, + open an extra window to do so.

every single time

I work mostly in AE and while at work I'm extracting from Pr multiple new fragments I often forget to switch render region to "IN/OUT" in media encoder which cost me render time and is irritating 

In my opinion, it should be the opposite way

IF > marker IN/OUT set on Timeline > then default render region is > IN/OUT markers
and intervention from the user side, only if he decides to override his previous decision to set up in. out markers

dose it sound more logical?
