Lumetri needs tabs to be adjustable like other panels

Lumetri's one-column layout is not efficient. I even turned my left-hand monitor 90 degrees to make a tall monitor so I spend less time scrolling up and down Lumetri's column. It would be a much better UI if we could reposition and resize the various tabs as we can with other Premiere Pro panels.

And even better ... if we could click/drag to reorder the tabs ... ! Or ... replace tabs ... copy tabs from one instance to another ... sigh ...
