I want to complain to abode company about this issue. At least it will be taken into consideration in the future and people who improve themselves with these trainings can do better work using abode applications. Turkish is a language used by 120 million people all over the world. Could you please take this issue into consideration?
I am writing to express a long-standing concern regarding the lack of Turkish language support in the Speech to Text and automatic translation features of Adobe Premiere Pro.
As a long-time user and subscriber of Adobe Creative Cloud, I have been closely following the development of AI-powered transcription and subtitle tools within Premiere Pro. While the recent improvements and the addition of nearly 30 languages are impressive and appreciated, it is increasingly disappointing to see that Turkish is still not among the supported languages — especially considering that Turkish is spoken by over 80 million people worldwide.
This exclusion affects many professionals, content creators, educators, and media producers in Turkey and other Turkish-speaking communities who rely heavily on your software for video editing and post-production. It forces us to seek third-party tools or cumbersome manual workflows, which contradicts the convenience and innovation that Adobe products promise.
We understand that adding a new language requires technical resources and testing. However, given the size of the Turkish-speaking user base and the length of time this feature has existed, the lack of inclusion feels like a disregard of an important user community.
We kindly urge Adobe to prioritize Turkish language support in the upcoming updates of the Speech to Text and translation features. Transparency about whether Turkish is on the roadmap — and if not, why — would also be appreciated.

Merhaba Adobe Ekibi,
Adobe Premiere Pro’nun Konuşmadan Metne (Speech to Text) ve otomatik çeviri özelliklerine Türkçe dil desteğinin hâlâ eklenmemiş olmasına yönelik uzun süredir devam eden bir endişemi dile getirmek için bu e-postayı yazıyorum.
Adobe Creative Cloud’un uzun süredir abonesi ve aktif bir kullanıcısı olarak, Premiere Pro’daki yapay zeka destekli altyazı ve transkript araçlarının gelişimini yakından takip ediyorum. Neredeyse 30 dilin destekleniyor olması oldukça etkileyici ve takdir edilesi olsa da, Türkçe dilinin hâlâ bu sistemde yer almaması giderek hayal kırıklığı yaratıyor. Türkçe’nin dünya genelinde 80 milyondan fazla kişi tarafından konuşulduğu düşünüldüğünde, bu eksiklik ciddi bir problem teşkil ediyor.
Bu durum; Türkiye’de ve diğer Türkçe konuşulan bölgelerde çalışan profesyonelleri, içerik üreticilerini, eğitmenleri ve medya yapımcılarını doğrudan etkiliyor. Adobe’un sunduğu yenilikçi çözümlerden faydalanmak isteyen kullanıcılar, bu eksiklik yüzünden ya manuel işlemlere yönelmek ya da üçüncü parti araçlara başvurmak zorunda kalıyor. Bu da Adobe’un sunduğu “kolaylaştırıcı ve entegre iş akışı” vaadiyle çelişiyor.
Yeni bir dil desteği geliştirmenin teknik açıdan zaman ve kaynak gerektirdiğinin farkındayız. Ancak, bu özelliğin piyasaya sürülmesinden bu yana geçen süre ve Türkçe konuşan büyük kullanıcı kitlesi göz önünde bulundurulduğunda, Türkçe’nin hâlâ desteklenmiyor olması, bu topluluğun göz ardı edildiği hissini uyandırıyor.
Önümüzdeki güncellemelerde Türkçe dil desteğine öncelik verilmesini önemle rica ediyoruz. Ayrıca, Türkçe’nin geliştirme yol haritasında yer alıp almadığına dair açık bir bilgilendirme yapılması da kullanıcılar açısından büyük önem taşıyor.
Vakit ayırdığınız ve sektörün öncüsü olan yaratıcı araçlar geliştirmeye devam ettiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz. Umuyoruz ki, yakın zamanda daha kapsayıcı bir dil desteği politikasıyla karşılaşırız.
While all of Adobe's competitors (not going to name them one by one, but when I say all, it is really all of them) have Turkish Transcription for subtitles & captions, Premiere Pro, a top player in the market still does not have any Turkish Support. Why would you want your customers in Turkey to pay to other services while you already have the feature we want. It has been 2025, lots of languages have been added but still, no Turkish? All Adobe apps have their Turkish versions, and also the websites can also be used in Turkish, but a very little thing, which can impact sales greatly is still missing? I can guarentee you that at least %30 CapCut users will change to Premiere Pro with this small addition. This is far more then a personal request, all your users in Turkiye are waiting for this specific feature.

lack of Turkish translation support, there is even a Norwegian language, come on, but the Turks really deserve Turkish translation and subtitles, because there are thousands of users and you still do not bring Turkish translation and subtitle language support.

I'm a Turkish Premiere Pro user and I really need this transcribe feature... It's the best way to avoid editing for hours... In the transcribe feature, please add the TURKISH language and other widely-used languages!! I'm looking forward to your replies... We really need this...
As an Arabic video editor, I can really feel your pain. Arabic is also not supported by Adobe, which is a real shame because there are so many users who need it in Arabic and Turkish.
I wanted to comment here even though I am not using Turkish subtitles because I am currently using a plugin called SaharaSub which is optimized for both Arabic and Turkish.
I'm using it in Arabic and it's working very well, also it is nice to see that someone cares to make such tools in our languages.
Hassan, thanks for posting your workaround. I understand all the turkish and arabic speakers frustration but it's about getting the job done... and you seem to have figure a way around the issue.
Davinci-FCP-CapCut all have Turkish subtitles but the most expensive software has not 😄 What a joke. I'm sure within a week or so you can solve this problem.
