ok i am using trial version for now but when i play my video during editing cpu usage is 100 my specs:
i5 2500k
asus gtx770 2gb
16gb ram

2. I recommend using Cineform proxies for all H.264/5 media, regardless of CPU horsepower.

Your machine is way underpowered especially if the footage is H.264.

It is underpowered for modern codecs these days, for the following reasons:
1) That CPU is now more than seven years old, and it has only 4 cores and 4 threads.
2) Later versions of Premiere Pro, despite their official minimum system requirements remaining the same as the CS6 days, actually REQUIRE a much more powerful system configuration than previous versions just to even run acceptably smoothly at all. A hyperthreadable 4-core/8-thread Intel i7 or similar equivalent CPU is an absolute must, at a minimum, even with 1080p material.
