can not import mov files even if i change extension (no video or audio stream) error

hi

i'm running premiere cc 2017 and 2015 under w10 pro 64bit

i tried to import some mov files , they are motionarray transition pack mov file

i tried to change extension but i still get the error like  (i'm not the author of the video but i was looking for an solution so i found this video on youtube)

, what can i do it?

Might need to install Quicktime codec (you do not need the player installed)

On a side note if you have trouble with 3rd party software etc, you need to contact the 3rd party software vendor.

do you mean download again QuickTimeInstaller.e…   and perform a custom install ? or quicktime alternative?

by the way i tried to open with avidemux last version and i doesn't open and gives me error

i would like to upload a move file , the are made to create transition , there are even free file to download
