Hi,

I've been using Premiere for a few years and since the new update I haven't been able to convert large files without crashing. I used Handbrake for a while and with long OBS recordings (mp4) and it's really a hassle to keep converting them to smaller file sizes when I used to be able to drag and drop big files. If there's any solution please help.

Hi Brasen,

We're sorry to hear about this. This issue was addressed in one of the previous versions of Premiere Pro. Could you please confirm the exact version of Premiere Pro that you are using? Also, what is the size and duration of these files that you are trying to import?

Thanks,

Sumeet

Are your OBS recordings VFR or CFR? VBR or CBR?
