When I use the smart apostrophe in Robohelp for
Word, the generated WinHelp is missing the ' and the letter
following it. Any suggestions on how I can get my 's back?

Only the rather obvious "don't use smart quotes". They came
into Word long after winhelp was established so I would guess the
winhelp compiler simply doesn't understand them. Also if you ever
switch to RH HTML or an HTML output instead of winhelp, you may
well have problems.
