Cannot Display the What's This Help Composer in RoboHelp 8

I imported a RoboHelp X5 help project that contains What's This Help into RoboHelp 8. I open the project and attempt to edit the What's This Help. RoboHelp 8 acknowledges that the What's This Help exists BUT with I select to edit, the What's This Help Composer does not display. How can I get this to work. Thanks in advance:-)

Unfortunately What's New help is very little used these days so I suspect you may struggle to get an answer here.
