Question

Common graphics do not appear when I publish the RH project

Hello,

I am facing another strange problem today. The X5 RH project that I have taken over from my colleague has aparent and merged project structure. The grapics that are used in the parent and merged projects are placed in a common graphics folder that is part of the parent project. When I generate and publish the project, I do not see the common graphics folder in the WebHelp folder and Published folder. As a result, the graphics do not appear when I view the output in IE. What could be the reason?

Graphics must be within each project so I don't know how your predecessor managed to make that work. I wonder if s/he just used it as a folder to take images from?

You'll need to look at the code for one of the topics that uses one of the images.
