Controlling Robo 7 Files Through Clearcase

My supervisor desires to control Robo 7 Web help files through Clearcase. We were initially hoping to be able to store and retrieve Robo 7 core files (including the *.hhp file) so that we could generate the projects from the core files and *hhp file using scripts and a command line. But, I have learned that Robo 7 does not permit creating the project from *.hhp file using a command line.

How do others store, retrieve and generate their projects from Clearcase. Do they use *.hhp files stored in Clearcase to create the project?
