Handing off a RoboHelp 8 HTML project to a client

Question

I'm wrapping up a RoboHelp 8 HTML project for a client. I am copying the files to a shared drive, a

nd another person will be copying the files to his PC to maintain the help after I'm gone. Is there any d

anger of corruption of files, or are there any special steps we need to take? I need an answer by tomorrow morning.

Hi thereAs long as they copy the files from the shared drive to their PC, things should be fine.If you have concerns, you might also want to zip the project(s) and place the zip(s) among the files too. Just in case. Personally, I'd keep copies of the zips as well. That way if things go south and they call you, you can save the day by providing the zip to them.Cheers...
