Highlight search results option -- how to enable?

RH9, RH9 Server, WebHelp Pro

In some WebHelp output examples I see a Search dropdown in which the end user can select to "Highlight search results" (a checkbox) or to specify the number of "Search results per page".

However in my WebHelp Pro output I do not have these two options displayed. How do I enable these options to be displayed to the user in my WebHelp Pro project? I just have the Search input box but not the options below it. Where is this controlled?

Correct answer

I've been infomed by Adobe support that this is a known bug. There is a workaround that involves setting up the output to open in a single pane, but as yet an actual fix has not been made available.
