How do I add page numbers to Printed Documentation pdf?

The ToC lists topics by page numbers, but the topics themselves do not have page numbers, so the ToC page numbers are fairly pointless, aren't they?

Thanx!'

Once again, a little sleuthing and exploration answer my question; if a page is blank, it doesn't get a page number. Most of my text is on odd-numbered pages, with a few running on to the next page -- even.

Done.

Okay, I found the Page Numbers icon and put the Page Number field in the footer of the Master Page, et voila! Page numbers ... but only on the odd pages; even-numbered pages would be nice...

ideas?

thanx!

Take a look in the samples that ship with Rh. There is a topic explaining how to set up printed docs.
