Open 2020 and on the left you will see an Upgrade Project link. It leaves the Classic project intact and creates a new folder with the 2020 version in it.

It's a very different UI. The sample project About RoboHelp explains the features.

Your changes in 2020 will only be in the new version of that project and you can't go back.

Your colleagues will also have to upgrade as if they use the old version you will have two out of sync projects. They cannot work on the new project with the version they have.

Thanks Peter for quick response. Does that mean I will now have to work on files under 2020 folder only and keep the other folder as is?

If my colleagues are still in older version, how will they work on my files? How will they open .rhpj project?
