How to configure RoboHelp TFS integration using https

Hi, I'm trying to setupthe RoboHelp TFS integration. At first, it seems to succeed, but I receive the message - "Protocol https not supported. expected http". How can we make RoboHelp use https?

I see this issue was posted before (https://community.adobe.com/t5/robohelp/rh2019-collaborate-version-control-tfs/m-p/11020539 ) but didn't get a reply. I also started a chat with a support agent that said he would need to look into it further but never contacted me to follow up.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

If RH2020 patch 5 isn't working, then you'll have to contact RH Support - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your support contact options.

Is your RH2019 version 2019.0.14 (that's the last one for 2019)? - you can always get the RH2020 as a trial download - stick it on a non-production machine & update it if needed.

I can see that it's a New UI version of RH you've got, but no idea if it's RH2019 or RH2020. If it's RH2020, first make sure you've loaded patch 5. If it's still not working, contact RH Support - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your support contact options.

It is RoboHelp 2019. Understood, thanks. Will see if we ave the option of using the 2020 versoin so I can try the patch.
