How to set default first topic (RH 2019, new UI)

Hi, Everyone.

 

What is it called when you set a specific topic to open first? Not "default topic," which it may have been called in a much older version of RH. 

I'm looking for this in the RH User manual, but can't find it.

    In the Preset it looks like Default Topic to me. 🙂
