Importing CSH IDs from Word does not work

Hi,

I have inserted footnotes in Word, containing the String "TopicAlias", followed by my help ID (both with or without a space between). In the import setting, the same string is configured. Is there anything else I need to do? No help IDs are generated during import.

I use RH 2019 classic and Word 365.

Best regards,

Robert

Just a few minutes ago I got it to work! Instead of inserting a normal footnote containing the string, you need to insert a footnote with the string "TopicAlias" itself as footnote text (and no numbering). I will attach a screenshot to show this, in case anybody else is having this problem.

I'm pretty sure the map file (the BSSCDefault.h) is just a text file laid out with the term #define tab topic_code tab MapID#.
Are you importing the content from Word and expecting it to place the cross-ref CSH markers at the appropriate places?
