Phonegap plugin not supported

I recently purchased Robohelp 2015 and I am testing the Mobile App functionality.

I have all the IOS required items, Phonegap account etc. and still at the end of the "Save and Generate" log it says this:

Generating Zip...

Uploading Mobile App To Phone Gap Build Server...

plugin unsupported: com.phonegap.plugin.statusbar

Uploading Mobile App To Phone Gap Build Server Failed.

Internal error encountered,  Failed to generate Mobile App.

Compilation complete.

Is the plugin that comes with the application already outdated?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Regards,

Peer

    Hi,

Recently there have been changes in the PhoneGap APIs that broke the compatibility with RoboHelp.

We are actively working on restoring this and the fix should be available soon.

    Thank you for your patience.

can you please update this thread when the fix is in place. I am facing the same issue with "plugin unsupported: com.phonegap.plugin.statusbar" error.

    Hi there

I do know that the Adobe RoboHelp developers are aware of the situation. Although, I"m unsure if a fix is in the works or what a workaround might be.

Out of curiosity, what kind of content are you planning on making installable?

    Cheers... Rick

So they released software knowing that it already has an issue? Hmm...interesting.

I am experimenting with a Standards Manual that I want to make available for mobile devices.

No, it worked when the version was released. What they are investigating

    is why it isn't now.
