RH 8 - Import>Word Document not working

This feature never works for me.  I always receive this error message.  I usually end up coping and pasting the text, and then importing the graphics. How do I get the Import feature to work????

    What version of Word are you running? - 2010 will not work with RH8

    I will be upgrading to RH9. Do you know if Adobe has enabled the Import WORD with 2010 to work?

    Indeed RoboHelp 9 should work with Word 2010.

    Which version of MS office are you using and what is the machine configuration that you are working with !

    I'm using WORD 2010 and Windows 7. I now understand that RH8 does not work with WORD 2010. Thank you.
