RH2020 + Chatbots + DialogFlow

Hi

Is there a documentation that helps to set up Chatbots and integration of RH2020 with Google DialogFlow? 

In DialogFlow > Integrations, is there an option RH2020 that we will need to select? I am using the trial version of DialogFlow and in Integrations I couldn't find RH2020.

    The topic does not cover that side of things as from my understanding, that comes from your Dialogflow account. Like you, I will be interested to see that aspect.

    Thanks Amitoj. I have registered for the webinar.

    I looked at http://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/rh_tour/rh2020/outputs/outputs_chatbot.htm for more information but it didnt help. The document did provide information on the setup to be done in RH.

    Hope the webinar will provide more information such what needs to be done in Dialogflow, how is the JSON code generated, etc.

    Hello Siju,

    I recently faced the same problem you did. Initially, I too didn't find any documentation regarding Dialogflow and aspects like generating the JSON code from the Dialogflow interface.
    Later with help from Adobe Support, I was able to obtain the JSON code by creating a Google project and an agent in dialogflow. 

    - Create a service account in Google.
    - Set Permission as Owner.

    - Under Service Account, go to Key and create a new Key. A JSON file gets downloaded. Use this code in RoboHelp.
